Form data submitted via Web3Forms (the form provider behind the contact form)
Technical data — IP address, browser type, timestamp
Communication exchanged during inquiries and active projects
3. Hosting & Third-Party Services
This website is hosted by Framer B.V. (Netherlands). When you visit, your browser connects to Framer's servers, transmitting your IP address and browser information — technically necessary to display the site. The contact form is powered by Web3Forms (Nicode Systems) and delivers messages directly to my inbox. Video content may be served via Cloudinary CDN. Some of these providers are located outside the EU. Where data transfers to third countries occur, appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 ff. GDPR apply (Standard Contractual Clauses and technical/organizational measures). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data transmitted via this site is encrypted using SSL/TLS. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and fulfill any agreed project. Tax and commercial law may require retention of business-relevant documentation for up to 10 years. Inquiries that do not result in a project are deleted within 12 months at the latest.
5. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you. You can also restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw any given consent at any time with effect for the future.
